At Wildcrafting Culture, My aim is to Inspire and Educate individuals in the Art of Wild and Traditional Food Preservation. My workshops cover a wide range of topics. Viking Cider/Mead/Metheglin. The use of Wild Cultures and Bacteria for Sourdough, Butter, Cheese, Kefir, Kombucha and Jun and more.
Seasonal Lacto Fermented products. Natural Soap, Shampoo and Medicinal Tinctures. Harvesting apples and producing Apple Cider Vinegar. Curing of local meats, Biltong/Droewors/Bacon/Ham/Carne Seca and sausage making. BeeKeeping and all products from the hive. Skep Making (Traditional Straw Beehives)
